All deposits are due before services are rendered.
Final payment is due upon arrival, in full. No credit cards or checks accepted. You must pay your amount in full prior to your ride.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you put a deposit down and do not show up, you will not received your deposit back.

All sales are final!
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, and can be rescheduled for a later time and date. Rides canceled by guest less than 48 hours in advance will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Make-ups for cancellations expire 2 months after date of purchase.

Lesson packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire within 2 months from date of purchase. Cost of lessons cannot be applied to other services (i.e. trail rides, boarding, or training) without prior arrangement.

Rides or lessons may be canceled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the control of Park Place Stable. Riders will be informed as soon as possible and the lesson or trail ride will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the rider.

All riders must sign our Release Form (Download Release form).
You may download and bring it with you or we have them at the barn and you can do it when you arrive.
